Undergrad:

Academic Requirements:

  • A minimum academic score of 60%

  • International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma but not mandatory

  • ILETS: 6.0- 6.5 with not less than 6.0 in any one component

  • 18 years of age before joining a degree program

  • CNIC Passport

  • Offer Or Acceptance Letter

Postgrad:

  • Letter of placement on a course at a recognized education institution

  • Not already  have a tourist or business visa

  • health insurance Letter or Cover Costs

  • Original Degree or Transcript

  • Visa Support Letter

  • ILETs requirement Band 6.5 in each module

 

Ireland is a great destination for international students, who are wishing to complete postgraduate degree. The Ireland degree is having a worth value. Majority of the Irish universities are toped in ranking at world level, and in European as well. Ireland is a popular destination for international students in term of employability as well.

 

Non-EU students who are going to study abroad, will need to apply for a student or dependent visa on their nationality.

Basic requirements are:

There is no hard and fast rule for getting a student Visa. Students should only fulfil the basic requirements for applying visa. 

 

It is not mandatory but of visa officer asked, then it’s necessary to go for it. However, a medical examination is mandatory for getting a student visa.

In Ireland School, colleges and universities, Irish is the primary medium of instruction at all levels and English is the second medium of instruction. Most university arrange their programs in English, with only a few Irish options are left. Some universities offer courses through French, German or Spanish partly.

 

The tuition fees that a student will pay in Ireland will vary from institution to institution, depending on where which university is affordable and approachable as well. On the other hand Ireland operates a Free Fees Initiative for full-time undergraduate international students. The cost charge between €5,000 and €10,000 annually.

Some students can choose to stay in Ireland on the following options:

On-campus accommodation,

  • Halls of residence

  • Apartments of 4 to 8 students,

  • Shared Accommodation

Outside Campus:

  • Self-catering, or rented accommodation.

Yes, ILETS is the basic requirement for international Students.

International students who are going to opt for a full-time study program in Ireland, can receive certain benefits. With a degree program they can get casual work permit. But they need to fulfill the given requirements:

  • Enroll themselves in a  full-time program of education with NFQ Level 7

  • Complete of 15 hours/day of Study

  • Get registration  with Garda National Immigration Bureau

 

Non-EU countries Student, who are wishing to work in Germany after graduating. They can extend their residence permit for up to 18 months more.

 

International students within 60 days after graduation, should enroll themselves in another study program to gain employment on an F-1 visa. This F-1 visa will allow them to remain employed at that organization for three years.

 

It’s mandatory for students to stay in Ireland for 5 years for Permanent Residency. This includes General Employment Permit holders as well. However, Critical Skills Employment Permit holders can also apply for residency just after 2 years.
