Free Study in Germany

In the world German universities have a good network.  The state has funded the educational systems for providing free education to the students all over the world. Many students go abroad every year in different countries for studying and better future.

German universities and colleges provide better education and they also support them in many cases where the students need support.

German universities are very old educational institutes in Europe. Many universities offer programs in German language and if the students want to take admission there, they have to learn German language. Most of the universities in Germany offer learning German language free for students. Getting admission is very competitive because of free education a great number of students get admission in German Universities. In the universities in Germany, the courses are usually offered in both languages i.e. German and English. Following are the fundamentals of the study in Germany.

Language Requirements

If your planned program is in German language then you should have German language certificate, many universities in Germany offer free classes for German language for the students who got admission and their course is in German language. A conditional visa is issued to students who want to learn German language. And they can continue main program after completing German language course.

And if your program in English then you should have to provide TOEFL or IELTS. For getting exemption from these tests you have to represent English proficiency certificates or proof of letter from university in which it is mentioned that the medium of instructions was in English. In a few countries German embassy requires TOEFL or IELTS as a proof of English proficiency.

Financial Sufficiency

In German universities they do not charge for tuition fees, so students who are applying for study in Germany must have to show proof that they have sufficient funds so that they can easily bear their living expenses. There are three ways by which they can show them proof of funds.

1-      A fixed deposit of €7760 in German bank and should agree that student will not withdraw amount €648/ per month.

2-      Hold a scholarship from Government or local institute.

3-      Any resident of Germany gives guarantee on your behalf for amount.

Instructions to apply for study in Germany

Students should get admission in any German university for free study; there are necessary documents for getting Germany visa;

1-      Valid passport for at least 6 months or travel documents.

2-      IELTS 6.0 bands or TOELF as a proof of language.

3-      In application 4 recent photographs are included.

4-      A letter from German institutes as a proof of enrollment.

5-      Should have proof of living expenses during stay in Germany.

6-      All verified and attested documents.

7-      From approved insurance company a travelling insurance to cover at least € 30,000 per year.

Where to apply?

Students can send their application directly to the German institutes and after getting admission, students can submit their visa application to the German embassy.
