Criteria:
The applicants must submit a research project that fits into the CEFC’s scientific mission, which consists of studying the political, economic, social, and cultural changes in the People’s Republic of China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau.

Students can apply for a PhD degree study program in all subjects.
Criteria:
The Scholarships are open to all full-time Juris Doctor applicants (local, non-local, and worldwide).
A Selection Committee will assess applications and make a judgment on whether or not to award the Scholarship.
The academic achievements of applicants (i.e. academic success in an undergraduate degree and/or a postgraduate degree) will be considered in the selection of awardees.
