University Overview:

Situated in Hengyang, a historical and cultural city in Hunan, China, the University of South China (USC) is a key institute of higher education supervised by the Government of Hunan Province and co-sponsored by quite a few state ministries and related industries, USC is authorized to confer the Bachelor, Master and Doctoral degrees with a post-doctoral scientific research station. USC also offers two special training programs of “Outstanding Engineers” and “Outstanding Doctors” financed by the Ministry of Education of the PRC.
