The amount for the scholarship varies according to the category either merit and need based
It includes-:
Funding for both tuition and fees.
The international scholarship has three levels 25%, 33%and 50% of the tuition fee based on the academics, the rest of the amount the Pakistani students needs to cover from pocket.
Every year, Hood College gives away more than $6 million merit-based scholarships that also includes scholarships for first-year students coming in from high school also for students transferring from other colleges.
The various categories of the Hood College scholarship are as follows-
Founders Scholarship –Given to first year students who have high academic background.
Hodson -Gilliam Scholarship- Those first year including Pakistani students who belong to a community which traditionally do not have an access to high school education.
The Hood College S- STEM Program: Hood’s National Science Foundation provide funds for this program. It cover partial fee 7500 $ for highly talented transferred students
Teacher Academy of Maryland Scholarship –Those Pakistani students who have fulfilled criteria for TAM program completion.

Apply for this scholarship
For all recipients of this scholarship who are located within the United States of America or its territories pursuant to a valid student visa or who are enrolled fully-online from their home countries with no pending application for a student visa:
You understand and agree that once eligibility for the scholarship is confirmed, the scholarship will be applied to your account in an amount equal to 25% of your tuition costs for the quarter during each eligible quarter of enrollment.
For all international, non-U.S. citizen students studying from outside the United States with a pending application for a student visa:
You must provide proof of a pending visa application.
You must provide proof of current residency in a non-U.S. country.
Bachelor’s students only:
You understand and agree that the scholarship may be combined with the Graduation Fund if you are enrolled in a bachelor’s program.
You understand and agree that the scholarship may be combined with the laptop program if you are enrolled in a bachelor’s program and living in the United States.

Enroll in the Powerline Mechanic Certificate Program
Have a high school diploma or a GED equivalent

Possess a valid driver’s license and be eligible to obtain a Class A license (must be 18 years of age)

The Gates Millennium Scholarship Programme Provides:

Funding duration is for five years
Students have option to renew the scholarship award if their academic records are maintained and satisfactory progress has been ensured throughout the previous award

Scholarship to Medical School by Selection
All applicants who meet the criteria for admission to Ross Med will be considered for all available medical school scholarships available by selection.
No additional forms or scholarship applications are required, and applicants will be considered based on documentation provided as part of their medical school application.
