The DRD offers a limited number of DAAD merit scholarships per year for applicants from Sub-Saharan African countries with an excellent academic
record, to pursue development-related Masters and PhD studies.

Eigible Field of Study: Apart from full scholarships for participation in one of the above mentioned programmes a number of mobility
scholarships for Master students are available each year.

Eligibility
The Pakistani students are required to have a four year degree in the relevant field.
The students are required to have completed their degree in excellence that is above the class average.
The Pakistani students must have relevant work experience for at least two years.
The Pakistani students degree duration must not have exceeded beyond 6 years apart from the delays.
How to Apply:
Interested candidates must be registered as a PhD degree student in a recognized university or institute. After admission, seekers can apply for this scholarship through the online application portal.

It should be noted that a letter of recommendation or a motivational statement is required first. Only after carefully reviewing this letter, outstanding applicants will be granted access to the application form.

Internships are open to worldwide students.
Bachelors, Masters, and Doctoral students worldwide with a basic background in Computer Science.
Students looking for Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis projects are also welcome to apply.
Enrolled students can also apply for the Max Planck Internship.
