The Leder School of Business is offering International Student Scholarship programme for the 2017/18 academic year. The scholarships will be awarded to Chinese and Korean students who demonstrate strong academic and leadership skills.

UBC recognizes the academic achievement of outstanding students from around the world by devoting more than $30 million annually to awards, scholarships, and other forms of financial support for international undergraduate students.

International Student Leadership Award
Students are encouraged to highlight any of the change-making initiatives that they have championed and/or have participated in. Change-making, by definition is the constant strive to engage in practices that bring social innovation and welfare to the college and community.
Applicants must clearly demonstrate how they meet the criteria in his or her cover letter.

The successful applicants will receive the International Major Entrance Scholarship (IMES) upon entering their first year at UBC.
The scholarship is renewable for up to three additional years of study.
The number and level of scholarships awarded vary annually based on available funding.
Scholarship decisions are made between mid-march to the end of April each year.
