Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the Master Mind Scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Academic excellence: Minimum GPA: 3.5/4.0.
• English Proficiency: Must have one of the following:
  • IELTS: An overall band score of at least 7.0
  • TOEFL iBT requires a minimum total score of 94, and CAE (Cambridge Certificate) at the C1 level.
• Degree Requirements: Must have a previous degree from a university outside of Flanders.
• Enrollment Status: Cannot currently enroll in a Flemish institution, save for students in a preparatory program.
• Scholarship Restrictions: This scholarship cannot be combined with other Flemish Government or Erasmus Mundus scholarships.
