Eligibility Criteria

To apply for this internship, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Nationality: Must be a national of an FAO Member country (Pakistan is eligible).
  • Education: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, or recently graduated.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in at least one FAO official language (English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, or Russian). Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
  • Age: Between 21 and 30 years at the start of the internship.
  • Skills & Competencies: Ability to work in a multicultural environment, strong communication skills, and basic computer proficiency.
  • Residence/Visa: Must have the appropriate residence or immigration status in Italy prior to starting the internship.
  • Exclusion: Applicants with family members employed by FAO are not eligible.
