International Leadership Workshop for Rural Youth 2025 | Germany

The Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL) organizes the International Leadership Workshop 2025 in Germany. This year's worldwide conference has the theme "Sharing Skills - Shaping Change". This leadership program welcomes leaders and multipliers from around the world who are enthusiastic about youth activities and vocational training in rural communities. The primary goal is to practically implement the human right to food. For this objective, BMEL works with partners from governments, scientific communities, civic groups, and a variety of organizations worldwide.

During the international leadership program, participants will exchange ideas about rural youth work and other critical international issues such as promoting women and young people in rural communities, eliminating hunger and poverty, taking part in climate action, and implementing new strategies in their individual tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be skilled in one of the three conference languages: German, English, or French.
Applicants can only participate in the International Leadership Workshop for Rural Youth once.
The seminar is available to attendees from all over the world.
