Indonesian Aid Scholarship 2025 for Papua New Guinea Students | Fully Funded Study in Indonesia

The Department of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology (DHERST) in Papua New Guinea is happy to announce that you can now apply for the Indonesian Aid Scholarship for the 2025/2026 academic year. This scholarship gives Papua New Guinean students a chance to study in Indonesia, helping to boost the ties between our countries.

Scholarship Details

Eligibility Criteria

Here are the requirements:

• You need to be a citizen of Papua New Guinea.
• You can't be in the military or doing military service right now.
• You must have a medical certificate showing you are in good physical and mental health.
• Get a police clearance certificate that shows you don’t have any criminal record.
• You need a valid PNG passport that has at least 18 months left before it expires from when you apply.
• You should be okay with staying unmarried during the program.
• A recommendation letter from a government institution is needed, showing you plan to work in public service when you return.
• It's preferred to have at least 2 years of work experience in the government sector.
