Selection considerations

You will automatically be considered for this scholarship when you apply for admission into an undergraduate degree to study in semester 1 (February) or semester 2 (July) 2024.

Scholarship Acceptance Requirements For the scholarship to be awarded the successful applicants must sign the Scholarship Terms and Conditions document while providing any required supporting documents, for example, proof of enrolment or documentary proof of bank account number.

University of South Australia 

Students in the double degree DBCN Bachelor of Accounting/ Bachelor of Finance are eligible for both the Accounting Career Development Grant (ACDG) and the Finance Career Development Grant (FCDG) and so must choose the one which best suits their individual circumstances.

The program is available to domestic students and domestic fee-paying international students

Applicants who already have a doctorate are not eligible for consideration

University of Otago

The University was founded in 1869 and supported students in the field of sport, education, music, and the arts. It also delivers a high-level experience for students with various programs in its selected success area.

Admissible Criteria: 

Applicants meet the eligibility standards set by the China Scholarship Council to apply for and receive one of its scholarships. Refer to the official website of the China Scholarship Council for more information.

Applicants must have admission into the PhD program at the University of Otago.

Acceptable Course or Subjects:

The scholarship will be awarded for a PhD degree in any subject offered by the university
