The MENA Scholarship Programme (MSP) 2025 offers an incredible chance for young professionals from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region to participate in short, fully funded training courses in the Netherlands. Managed by Nuffic and funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, MSP is part of the Shiraka programme, which aims to strengthen professional skills, enhance institutional capacity, and encourage long-term collaboration between the MENA region and the Netherlands.
This prestigious scholarship allows candidates to attend short courses ranging from 2 to 13 weeks, focusing on practical knowledge and professional development. The programme covers tuition fees, travel expenses, accommodation, insurance, and living costs — providing a completely free opportunity for qualified professionals to advance their careers and contribute to their home countries’ growth.
The MSP 2025 is open to professionals who live and work in one of the eligible MENA countries:
Algeria, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, Tunisia, and Syria (if residing in one of the listed countries).
Applicants must be under 45 years old, currently employed, and possess relevant professional experience. The scholarship prioritizes individuals whose work aligns with their country’s development themes and the training courses’ focus areas.
Alongside individual scholarships, MSP also offers Tailor-Made Training (TMT) for organizations — allowing institutions in the MENA region to partner with Dutch educational providers to meet specific skill needs within their workforce.
