Fully Funded scholarships for International students:

New students will begin their Studies in Turkey in September 2025. Sabancı Univeristy offers a Range of Full Scholarships for Graduate students. Almost all admitted students receive a Full Tuition Fee waiver and support for Living and personal expenses. The scholarship includes Full exemption of Tuition Fees, Accommodation, a Monthly Stipend, health insurance, and a Laptop.

International Student for Higher Education in Turkey

International students who look forward to applying to any of the higher education institutes are informed that they can apply directly through the university site and submit the complete documents online. The respective university makes its decision of selection of international students. Moreover, over the recent years a rapid increase in the number of international students has been seen.

Higher Education Tuition Fees in Turkey

The tuition fee vary depending upon the degree type and duration. The higher education tuition fee vary among different public and non-profit foundation universities. The tuition fee of public universities is regulated by the Presidential Decree. Whereas, the tuition fee for non-profit foundation universities is decided by the Board of Trustees of the university.

 It is a Fully Funded Scholarship jointly prepared by the YTB (A Turkish Government Organization) and the IsDB (Islamic Development Bank) to pursue Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD degree programs from the Top Turkish Universities. It is a Prestigious Fully Funded Scholarship in Turkiye and is open to the Citizens of the IsDB member countries. 

YTB-IsDB Joint Scholarship Program 

YTB and lsDB offer scholarships to students and scholars from lsDB member countries to pursue studies at the most prestigious universities of Türkiye.

Potential applicants should submit their applications via Türkiye Scholarships website. Applications can be submitted in 8 languages; Turkish, Arabic, English, French, Russian, Bosnian, Persian and Spanish.

Scholarships are available for Associate, Bachelor's, Master’s and PhD degrees in a range of Science and Technology subjects for development.
