The University of Pretoria Commonwealth Scholarship 2026 is designed to fully support international scholars throughout their doctoral journey. Successful applicants will receive:

  • Annual stipend of R190,000 to cover living costs, accommodation, and other expenses.
  • Full tuition fees covered.
  • Medical aid coverage for 2027 and 2028 (students must arrange medical aid in 2026).

  • One-time return airfare (from your home country to South Africa and back upon completion).

Eligibility Criteria
