Who Is Eligible?

• For Master’s Degree Applicants:
  • You need a Bachelor’s degree and at least a 3.00 GPA on a 4.00 scale.

  • If your GPA is lower but you’ve got good research published in Scopus, we might still consider your application.
• For Ph.D. Degree Applicants:
