13th ASEF Public Diplomacy Training 2025 in Singapore | Fully Funded

If you are a young diplomat or civil servant from Pakistan, or another ASEM member nation, and have a strong interest in international relations and public diplomacy, consider applying for the 13th ASEF Public Diplomacy Training. This fully funded program offers a chance to advance your career and will be held in Singapore in December 2025.

Program Overview

Since 2013, the ASEF Public Diplomacy Training (ASEFPDT) program has provided training to more than 400 diplomats and public diplomacy experts. The 13th annual program will continue to provide early and mid-career professionals from ASEM countries with important skills needed to influence Asia-Europe relations.

Program Details

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should meet the items below:

• Citizenship in an ASEM country (including Pakistan).
• Be a diplomat in the early to mid-career of their job, a civil servant, or a professional in public diplomacy.
• A master's degree, or a bachelor's degree plus three years of related job experience.
• Great English language skills.
• Presently working in the field of Asia-Europe relations.
