Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) of United State Department launched global undergraduate program that enables currently undergraduate programs enrolled students to exchange one of their semester in USA universities. This undergraduate program is associated by International research and Exchange Board USA.

Overview

First batch of this exchange program was consist of 100 Pakistani students who completed exchange program and returned back to Pakistan for completion of their degree program. Students who have enrolled in either 2 or 4 years undergraduate degree program can apply for exchange program.

Duration Of Exchange Program

Students can avail this exchange program for one semester in USA either in fall or spring semester.

Who Are Eligible For Global Exchange Program

Students who fulfill the following eligibility criteria can apply for exchange program

Applicant must be a citizen of Pakistan
Age at the time of application must not be more than 25 years
Currently must be enrolled in any undergraduate program in any college or university within Pakistan
Applicant must be committed to return back to Pakistan for completion of degree program
Must have 14 or 15 years of formal education
Applicants have to submit current, recent and old educational transcripts
Medical students with five year of education program can apply for this program with 14, 15 and 16 year formal education
After selection student have to clear and submit the TOFEL (English language test)

Dual nationals cannot apply for exchange program
Who have US national/citizen blood relation in USA
Application for immigration to USA is in process
Employees of Fulbright organization cannot apply
Students in the final year of degree program
