Program Overview
The summit is divided into two key phases:
1. Online Training (23rd October – 4th December 2025)
Participants will engage in a 7-week interactive training program, featuring:
- Expert-led webinars (twice a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays)
- Topics such as science diplomacy, innovation in policy, intercultural collaboration, and communication
- Sessions designed to deepen knowledge and foster collaboration across borders
2. In-Person Youth Summit (15 – 18 December, 2025)
Held in Copenhagen, the summit will run alongside the 2nd European Science Diplomacy Conference, under Denmark’s EU Presidency. Highlights include:
- Roundtable discussions
- Group projects
- Presentation of a collective "Declaration on Youth Perspectives on Science Diplomacy"
Who Should Apply?
The conference is open to early-career professionals (up to 35 years old) from ASEM partner nations, including Pakistan, therefore Pakistani applicants are completely qualified to attend.
Applicants can come from one of the following tracks:
Civil Society Track :
- Research managers
- Scientists from universities, non-governmental organizations, or research institutions
Government Track:
- Diplomats
- Public officials in science, technology, and innovation policy fields
Language Requirement - Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is necessary for participation.
