CICOPS Scholarships in Italy 2026 – Fully Funded Research Program at University of Pavia

The CICOPS Scholarships Program in Italy for 2026 is offered by the University of Pavia and EDISU to help support international collaboration with developing countries. This fully funded program is of 4 to 12 weeks at the University of Pavia. To apply, scholars should send in their research proposals for CICOPS to review. If the proposal fits with what’s happening at the university, it will be sent to the appropriate department. Scholars will then have the opportunity to work with university professors on their projects.

Eligibility Criteria

• You need to have at least two years of teaching or work experience with international organizations.
• Both junior and senior university members from developing countries can apply for scholarships in development studies.
• If you're currently enrolled in a Doctoral or Postgraduate program at an Italian University, you can't apply for this scholarship.
• If you're chosen, you'll need to accept the scholarship within 20 days of getting the selection email.
