Program Details

Who Can Apply?

The program is for people who:

• Are citizens or refugees from a low- or middle-income Commonwealth country
• Live permanently in one of these countries
• Have at least an undergraduate degree
• Speak and write English well
• Haven’t participated in a Commonwealth Professional Fellowship for the last 5 years.
