What is the Early Careers Programme?
The Early Careers Programme is a 6-month, full-time, paid internship aimed to develop young talent dedicated to creating responses to the world's most serious concerns. From climate change and sustainable development to technology governance and health, you'll be intimately involved in projects that shape global policies and industry practices.
The programme provides hands-on experience in a dynamic, collaborative setting where your ideas are valued and your development is encouraged.

Who Should Apply?
This programme is designed for:
- Recent grads (with a bachelor's or master's degree)
- Early-career workers with up to two years of experience.
- People with good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Fluent English speakers (other languages a plus)
- People are passionate about international affairs, social impact, and multi- stakeholder collaboration.
Candidates with varied academic and professional backgrounds are encouraged to apply, whether they specialize in economics, political science, sustainability, technology, or communications.
