ICESCO Young Professionals Program 2025 in Morocco | Fully Funded 24-Month Paid Training

The Morocco ICESCO Young Professionals Program 2025 application period is now open. It is a fully funded two-year (24-month) program for young professionals to receive professional training at the ICESCO office in Rabat, Morocco. The Program's goal is to assist young professionals with strong visions by improving their capabilities and developing their leadership and professional skills in order to create a responsible and skilled generation that advances education, science, and culture in the Islamic world. ICESCO is an acronym for the Islamic World Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization. In addition to the salary, international applicants will receive transportation in Morocco, a housing allowance, an international airline ticket, and insurance.

Eligibility Criteria

To participate in the second edition of the ICESCO Young Professionals Program, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Citizenship: Be a citizen of one of the ICESCO Member State.
• Age: Must be under 35 years old at the time of application.
• Education: Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in education, science, culture, or a similar field relevant to ICESCO’s activity areas.
• Language Proficiency: Know at least one of ICESCO's working languages (Arabic, English, or French). Fluency in both languages is preferred.
