IKEA Social Entrepreneurship Scholarship 2025 | Fully Funded Summit in Germany

If you are a young leader using business to create positive change, particularly through a social enterprise focused on issues such as poverty, jobs, circular economy, or sustainable food, the IKEA Social Entrepreneurship Scholarship 2025 may be for you.

IKEA Social Entrepreneurship, in partnership with One Young World, offers this scholarship to help young social entrepreneurs attend the One Young World Summit 2025 in Munich, Germany, scheduled for November 3-6, 2025.

About the Scholarship

The IKEA Social Entrepreneurship Scholarship helps social entrepreneurs who create change with new solutions that focus on communities. The program is made to aid founders already having an impact to broaden their reach and meet leaders from around the world and other people making a difference.

Those who are chosen for this scholarship will go to the One Young World Summit 2025. At this big youth leadership meeting, over 2,000 leaders from more than 190 countries meet to discuss problems facing the world.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this scholarship, candidates should meet the criteria outlined below:

• Individuals applying should be aged 18-30 years. Exceptions might be made for older individuals who can show a strong record of impact.
• Applicants must be either the founder or a co-founder of a social enterprise.
• The applicant's social enterprise or business needs to be registered and at least one year old.
• The enterprise should be actively involved in one or more of these fields: inclusive circularity, inclusive employment, or inclusive food systems.
• Fluency in English is a requirement for applicants since it is the Summit's official language.
• Applicants must be residents or operating in one of these countries: Chile, Colombia, India, Indonesia, Jordan, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Romania, South Africa, Sweden, Thailand, or Ukraine.

Scholarship Benefits

Successful applicants will get:

• Hotel lodging in Munich from November 2–7.
• Round-trip international air travel.
• Food during the Summit.
• Visa help for traveling to Germany.
• Entry to the One Young World Ambassador network (over 20,000 members).
