Program Details

Who Can Apply?

This program is open to individuals who match the following criteria:

• Age: 18 to 28 years old.
• Educational Background: Applicants must be presently enrolled or have just graduated from a tertiary education institution in a STEM-related subject.
• Language Proficiency: English is essential.
• Passion for Digital Development: Candidates should be interested in leading community-driven technology projects that promote digital inclusion and innovation.

Program Benefits

• Fully funded trip to Geneva: Selected participants will attend the Global Development Week in Geneva, Switzerland, in July 2025.
• Project Funding: Each of the 30 selected fellows will get a $5,000 USD grant to help launch their digital development initiatives. The most impactful efforts may be awarded an extra $5,000 USD for future expansion.
• Fellows will enjoy exclusive mentorship and training opportunities, including virtual training sessions offered by industry professionals from ITU and Huawei.
• Global Networking: Connect with like-minded young leaders, policymakers, and industry experts from all over the world.
