Are you a diplomat, public official, academic, or researcher wanting to learn more about Türkiye's language and culture? The KatipAta Turkish Language and Culture Program 2025, provided by the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB), is a fully funded chance for professionals from all over the world to spend 8-12 months in Türkiye.

Who Can Apply?

This program is for:

• Public Officials & Diplomats: You should have at least 3 years of experience, and having a Master’s or PhD is a plus.
• Academics & Researchers: If you’re with a university or research center, that’s great. A postgraduate degree is also preferred.
• Other Requirements:
  • Under 40 years old
  • Good command of English (at least B2 level)
  • Not living in Türkiye right now
  • Not already receiving a Türkiye Scholarship
