The King Abdullah University of Science and Technology offers this scholarship program for international students 2025 to continue their postgraduate programs in Saudi Arabia all over the world. Total 150 scholarships are available under this scholarship program for master and Ph.D. programs.. This KAUST Scholarship Programme 2025 is a merit-based scholarship programme. So, students possessing fantastic academic records are eligible for this scholarship granted in Saudi Arabia.

Those applying online for the King Abdullah University Scholarship 2025 need to have the following documents.
An official complete university Transcript/ Mark sheets/ Graduation Certificate/ Academic Record from every institution attended prior to NCKU must be submitted. A scan of the official transcript provided by the university in the native language must also accompany the certified English translation that is uploaded in the online application. The official transcript should have the grading scale from your university on all documents submitted to us. Upon acceptance, you must submit an official final transcript from your preceding institution in a sealed envelope to the Office of Admissions prior to arrival (part of the onboarding process).
Application for admission should also be accompanied by a summary of your job experience, research experience, and any other relevant information. If you have publications, please include abstracts of these in your resume.
750 words (approx.), detailing your past work experience, preparation for the field of study to be pursued, relevant background and interest, academic plan, and career objectives. Explain why you want to join a specific KAUST program for which you are applying.

Three letters of recommendation submitted on your behalf. Letters of recommendation can be very important and should be written by professors or advisors under whom you have pursued research or taken courses in your major field of study. Recommendation letters should be submitted through the application directly from the recommender. Recommenders should include details of how he/she has known your work, as well as comparative statements (e.g., top 1% of class, best in past five years, etc.), and insight into your research ability.
International English Language Testing System (IELTS): Score of 6.5 with a minimum of 5.5 in all the individual sections
TOEFL iBT Internet-based Test: Overall score of 79 along with a minimum of 17 in each section, the KAUST Admissions code is 4107.
Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic: 62 overall, with at least 59 in all individual sections.
