The Sir Harry Evans Global Fellowship 2026 is a nine-month program hosted by Durham University, and here’s the cool part – you’ll get to work on an exciting investigative project in some of the world’s biggest cities like Toronto, London, Sydney, or New York. You'll be mentored by editors from Reuters and other media organizations while being supervised by Durham faculty. Fellows can tap into academic resources, collaborate with other journalists, and develop their research and reporting skills. Eligibility Criteria

• The journalism fellowship is available for people from all over the world.
• Applicants need two to five years of journalism experience. 
• Those with investigative skills in related areas, like social justice, research, or documentaries, may also apply, even if they're not currently working as journalists. 
• The fellowship aims to support applicants from under-represented groups in journalism.
