The South China Sea International Conference 2025, hosted by the Diplomatic Academy of Viet Nam (DAV), is recognized as one of Asia’s most important platforms for dialogue on maritime security, regional cooperation, and geopolitics. For over a decade, it has brought together distinguished policymakers, leading scholars, and global practitioners to share insights on the challenges and opportunities in the South China Sea.
This year, the 17th edition of the conference will take place in Hanoi, Vietnam, from November 2 to 4, 2025, and will include the exclusive Young Leaders Programme (YLP). The programme is fully funded and open to talented youth worldwide — including Pakistani students and professionals — who are passionate about diplomacy, peacebuilding, and international relations.
