Taiwan Aid NGO Fellowship Program 2025 | Fully Funded Fellowship in Taiwan

The Taiwan AID NGO Fellowship Program 2025 is a month-long experience for NGO workers from Asia, fully funded and set in Taiwan. Run by the Taiwan Alliance in International Development, this program lets fellows get real hands-on experience with local NGOs that matches their work background. Over three weeks, participants will work at a Taiwanese NGO, join workshops, and meet peers and local experts in roundtable discussions to learn more about Taiwan’s lively civil society.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 25 to 40 years
• Job Background: We’re looking for NGO workers with experience in areas like community development, environment, education, gender issues, human rights, media, IT, LGBTQ+ matters, medical services, or social welfare. If you have a strong background in a different field, we’d still love to hear from you.
• Experience: You should have at least three years of relevant work experience in the NGO sector.
• Language Skills: You need to be good at reading and writing in English; knowing Mandarin is a plus.
• Nationality: We welcome citizens from Southeast Asia (like Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia), South Asia (such as Bangladesh, India, Pakistan), Northeast Asia (like Japan, South Korea), and the Pacific Islands (including Palau, Marshall Islands).
