During the initial week of in-person gatherings in the street of New York, fellows will meet their instructors and mentors. The fellows will engage the online learning sessions with experts and leading scholars. They include conflict transformation, change management, and non-profit management. The fellows will reconvene for the weeklong gathering and meetings with their fellows and the implementation of plans and projects.

September 2024-August 2025

Fellows will implement the program with the assistance of mentors and peers for continuous support and then induction of the cohort into the Trinity Society of fellows.
