The Codification Division of the UN Office of Legal Affairs organizes the United Nations International Law Fellowship Programme. The Fellowship Programme offers high-quality instruction on a wide range of essential international law issues from well-known scholars and practitioners. Furthermore, the interactive traits of the training allows participants to share their experiences and discuss ideas, promoting deeper understanding and cooperation on current international legal challenges.
The Fellowship Programme is designed to help trained professionals, particularly government officials and international law teachers from developing nations and growing economies, expand their knowledge of international law and the United Nations' legal activities.
The Fellowship Program can accommodate up to 20 individuals from underdeveloped and emerging economies.
