Applicants who want to pursue masters and PhD from Brunei on scholarships have to fulfill the following eligibility

• Applicants who are applying for masters and PhD must hold a first class bachelor’s and master’s degree respectively

• High quality and impactful research proposal

• Extraordinary statement of purpose

Documents Required For Scholarship Application

• A certifies true copy of identity card/ passport

• Certified copies of all educational transcripts like O level, A level, and English language certificate where applicable

• If applicant have no IELTS test certificate, they can upload English proficiency certificate

• Motivation letter

• Clearance letter from country of origin

• A letter of permission form employer if applicant is paying services in private and public sector of their country
