This is a fully funded scholarship in Europe for international students and professionals, allowing them to enroll in specialized Bachelor’s, Master’s, and training courses at Belgian universities.

Criteria:
Be a citizen, resident, and employee of one of the 31 ARES partner-eligible countries.
Hold a higher education diploma.
Possess at least two years of relevant professional experience in an ARES partner country.

University of Hasselt Belgium Master Mind Scholarship 2025/26. It is a Fully Funded Scholarship for International students to complete a Master’s Degree Program. The Master Mind Scholarship Scholarship is Funded by the Flemish Ministry of Education and Training. The Scholarship is open to the Citizens of all the countries.

A grant of €10,000 (Euros) per academic year.

Reporting
At the end of the stay the researcher’s supervisor will be asked to fill in a very brief evaluation form to indicate the output of the research stay and draw lessons for the future.
Practical matters
The Africa Platform will assist awardees with practical arrangements such as insurance, visa and application for housing at the university residences.

Eligible Course or Subjects:
Candidates must be working on projects and activities for creative use of technologies in education, teaching, and learning.
Criteria:
The applicants can be individuals, institutions, non-governmental organizations or other entities.
The applicants must have projects ongoing for at least for one year.
The applicants‡ organization and project must not be affiliated to UNESCO or receive any funding from UNESCO.
