To be considered, you must submit your application for a research degree program before the scholarship application deadline and receive an offer from a supervisor.

The University of Sydney RTP Scholarship is open to all Nationals.

You can only apply for the RTP Scholarship if you have received an offer into a higher degree by research program.

It is a Fully Funded Scholarship in Australia for International and Domestic students. The Scholarship is to Undertake a Master’s or PhD in the Field of Human Rights. This Scholarship is available for the academic year 2026. There is no application fee, and the Human Rights Scholarship is available to students enrolling in a graduate research degree.

 Criteria:
