Who Can Apply?

To apply, you need to meet these requirements:

• Nationality: Open to citizens from certain countries, including those in ASEAN, the Middle East, Africa, and more.
• Age:
  • For a Master’s: Under 40 years old
  • For a PhD: Under 45 years old
• Academic Requirements:
  • For a Master’s: You should have a Bachelor’s degree with at least a CGPA of 3.5
  • For a PhD: You need a Master’s degree with a CGPA of 3.5 or higher
• English Proficiency:

You need to have one of these scores:

• IELTS: at least 6.0 
• TOEFL: at least 550 (paper-based)

What Does the Scholarship Cover?

The MIS 2025 offers:

• A full tuition fee waiver at certain public universities in Malaysia
• A monthly living allowance of RM 1,500 (about USD 320)
