They must be low-income candidates preference is given to those who belong to minority backgrounds or they are from community college and those who are disable.

This organization offers graduate level fellowships for the students who want to study in Finland. It covers travel expenses, tuition and allowances. The applicants are eligible if they are proficient in the Finnish language, have a research project to qualify. The first-time applicants are given the preference.
