Eligibility Criteria
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, completed within the last six years.
- Academic excellence (the top third of the graduating class is recommended).
- Relevant professional or voluntary experience (internships, NGOs, and public service).
- Strong dedication to development and social justice.
- Adequate English or German proficiency (depending on the curriculum).

Objectives of the Roche Program
The Roche Scholarship is specifically for NHS young leaders who have shown a strong commitment to developing and implementing sustainable healthcare innovations. Examples may include:
Tackling the causes and effects of health inequalities.
Creating or implementing innovative methods of treatment or diagnosis to enhance the patient care pathway.
Reducing emissions or burdens on natural resources, such as through decarbonizing healthcare supply chains.


Programme Description
The International Excellence Scholarship Programme (IES) is a scholarship programme that enables ambitious students of all fields of study from Eastern and Southeastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia with above-average grades to spend a semester abroad in Berlin. This programme gives students the opportunity to deepen their knowledge at the best German universities (HU Berlin, FU Berlin, HWR Berlin, University of Potsdam).

Eligibility
The Pakistani students are required to have a four year degree in the relevant field.
The students are required to have completed their degree in excellence that is above the class average.
The Pakistani students must have relevant work experience for at least two years.
The Pakistani students degree duration must not have exceeded beyond 6 years apart from the delays.
