Post Scholarships
In addition to its participation in federal financial aid programs, Post University offers a number of institutional scholarships. Scholarship awards have no repayment obligation.
Merit-based scholarships are renewable, provided students maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress as outlined in the university catalog. Scholarships are often included as part of a total financial aid package.
Scholarship for International Students
The Cascade International Student Scholarship is a merit-based award for students attending Southern Oregon University. The scholarship is for new undergraduate, graduate, and graduating SOU Intensive English Program students. The award amounts vary from $1,000 to $9,000 per academic year and is a renewable scholarship.
Merit Scholarships for First Year Students
SOU’s Office of Admissions automatically considers most first year students for merit-based scholarships upon admission through September 1st of the academic year.

The scholarship will be awarded in any subject offered by Wells College.
Applicants must demonstrate outstanding consistent academic achievement and leadership skills throughout high school.
MUSICIAN SCHOLARSHIPS
Musicians Institute offers music scholarship opportunities for students ranging from recently graduated high school seniors to continuing college students transferring from other institutions.
Benefits
The scholarship provides a monetary award of $1,000, credited towards the first quarter’s tuition, to deserving students enrolled in any MI Online Music Artist Performance Program. The aim is to encourage and support the educational growth of musicians who demonstrate exceptional talent and dedication.

Have high school diplomas, GEDs or completed home schooling.
Be U.S. citizens or eligible non-citizens.
