This Ph.D. studentship is part of a larger project that aims to lay the scientific groundwork for the UK consumer chemical sector to become carbon neutral and sustainable.
The project will create pathways for synthesizing feedstock chemicals that do not rely on virgin petrochemicals. As part of a close-knit team, the successful candidate will also learn teamwork and scientific communication skills.
