Eligibility Criteria
- Supervisors who know how important their qualifications are need to work with a UK academic or medical organization.
- Most of the research should take place in the UK, but it’s okay to do some things overseas if there are clear benefits, like getting specialized training or working together with others.
- The projects you come up with should match up with Fight for Sight’s goal of backing research that helps prevent blindness and improves people’s lives.
Funding Details
Applicants who get accepted can receive:
- Up to £135,000 if they're outside London
- Up to £143,000 if they're in London
- The funding is for a 4-year PhD program.
This funding can help pay for student stipends, tuition, and research costs, letting students concentrate on their important work.
