Discount of £1,000 on tuition fees for international students
Our International Scholarship Award is available for all new international students who are starting on a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate course of study at University College Birmingham (subject to eligibility criteria below).
This scholarship entitles students to a £1,000 discount on the cost of tuition fees for the first year of study and is deducted upon enrolment.

Eligibility
You must be self-funding or partially funded. Candidates who are fully sponsored by a third party will not be entitled to this Scholarship.
Only open to students paying International Tuition Fee Levels.
How to apply
No scholarship application is required. All international applicants will be awarded this scholarship when they submit their application to study at Bangor University through our application portal or UCAS. The scholarship will be confirmed in the Offer Letter.
Conditions (for all scholarship winners)
The scholarship is only valid for courses starting in January 2025 and September 2025 and and cannot be deferred to the following year.
This scholarship cannot be used in conjunction with any other Bangor University Scholarship (with the exception of the Alumni Discount).
Scholarships for MA Political Science and International Relations
The competition is open to all students who have applied for the Political Science and International Relations MA programme for the forthcoming academic year.
This scholarship is intended to fund a student who does not yet possess a postgraduate qualification (MA/MRes/MSc, PhD or equivalent).
You must have been assessed for fee status as a ‘home’ student, or expect to be assessed as a ‘home student’.
You should not be in possession of any other bursary, award or scholarship awarded by the University of Liverpool. This excludes the Postgraduate Progression Award, which is an automatic fee reduction for students who have completed previous undergraduate study at the University of Liverpool and can be combined with this scholarship.
Benefits
The Vice-Chancellor’s Excellence Award offers a £5,000 tuition fee reduction for self-funded international students across postgraduate taught courses at Brunel University London. This scholarship aims to reward exceptional students with excellent academic records and a passion for creating positive change in their communities.

Must have an offer to study on a full time postgraduate taught programme starting in September 2024 of the 2024/25 academic year.
Applicants must have a minimum 2:1 and above or equivalent internationally recognised undergraduate qualification.
Must be classed as an Overseas fee paying student based on the UK government regulations and be self-funded (not sponsored). This includes applicants from the EU who are required to pay overseas fees.
International Scholarships for South East Asia & Taiwan students
At Bangor University we understand that tuition fees and the cost of living can all add up for international students who are planning to study in the UK. So to help reduce your financial costs, we have introduced the International Scholarship for students from South East Asia and Taiwan, which may partially help fund your studies at Bangor University.

Benefits
The scholarship provides an award of £10,900 towards tuition fees. If awarded to an overseas student, the University will top up the Scholarship to cover the complete tuition fees. This scholarship does not offer a cash alternative, and funding cannot be extended or deferred.
