Master programmes

Norwegian School of Economics

The school was founded in 1936 and is Norway’s first business school. It leads amongst teaching and research institutions in the fields of economics and business administration. 

Eligible Countries: 

All international and Norwegian students can apply.

Eligible Course or Subjects:

PhD programme at the Norwegian School of Economics’ Department of Accounting, Auditing and Law can be applied for. 

Criteria: 

The applicants must have an adequate level of academic and English language proficiency.

 VID Specialized University

Eligible:

Applications are accepted from around the world.

PhD Research in Abrahamic religions, Atheism and humanism, Comparative religion, Health science offered by the university.

Criteria: 

Grades on the master’s thesis and relevant average rates on the master’s program must correspond to a B or better to be considered.

Ability to work targeted and independently

Norwegian University of Life Sciences

Eligible:

 International and domestic students are eligible to apply.

 Students can apply for the PhD programme offered at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences.

 Criteria:

The applicants must have a strong interest in One Health and microbiology.

The applicants must have previous laboratory experience including bacteriological and/or immunological methods.

Eligible:

PhD degree in marine microbial ecology.

Criteria: 

Marine fieldwork experience

Laboratory measurements related to seawater and plankton samples

Molecular ecology-related laboratory techniques

PhD degree in Subsurface Geosciences in Energy Technology, geochemistry, geology, geomorphology, geophysics,

Criteria: 

The applicants must have knowledge in the interpretation of seismic and well logs.

The applicants must have an experience in basin modeling, structural restoration, reservoir modeling, and geothermal exploration.
