Award Overview

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should:

• Be between 18 and 35 years old.
• Citizenship in a BRICS or SCO member country is required.
• Applicants must lead or have created the project they submit.
• Have implemented or released the project during 2024–2025.
• Be able to go to the award event in Russia.

Benefits and Awards

• The award includes a statuette and a certificate.
• Also included some branded gifts.
• The winner will be given a fully funded trip to Kazan, Russia, including flights, hotel, meals, and local transport.
• The award also includes an award ceremony, cultural events, and chances to network with youth leaders and diplomats from around the world.

Award Categories

Here are the five categories for submissions:

• Young Media Influencer of the Year - For social media personalities (bloggers, podcasters, YouTubers) who promote peace, education, youth issues, mental health, sustainability, etc.
• Social Solution of the Year - Projects addressing social or environmental problems that align with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), like poverty reduction, education, healthcare, or civic engagement.
• Research & Innovation Project of the Year - Science or innovation projects (2024–2025) that have shown results (publications, patents, products, or prototypes). Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree.
• Public Diplomacy Project of the Year - Programs that encourage intercultural conversation, global teamwork, peace promotion, and understanding between countries.
• Eco-Initiative of the Year - Environmental projects focused on sustainability, biodiversity, climate change, clean energy, or environmental awareness that show clear results.
