Eligibility Criteria

• Age: Ideally, we’re looking for people aged between 32 and 45. This range gives us a mix of experience and fresh ideas.
• Language: Strong English skills are a must. You’ll need to communicate and participate in all activities effectively.
• Maturity: We want candidates who can make the most of the fellowship and represent us well. Showing responsibility is key.
• Potential: We’re after leaders who have made an impact and can do even more. If you’ve got leadership experience and a drive for change, we want to hear from you.
• Global Citizenship: We prefer candidates from countries where the fellowships are active. This ensures you understand our goals and can engage with the community.
