What Is the KatipAta Program?

Who Should Apply?
This program is tailored for:
- Public officials with 3+ years of work experience (advanced degrees preferred)
- Academic and researchers currently employed at universities or institutes
- Under 40, with English proficiency.
- Foreign nationals, not residing in Türkiye, not currently enrolled in other Turkey scholarships.
