The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan has unveiled the Omani Scholarship Program 2025–26, offering deserving Pakistani undergraduates a golden opportunity to pursue their academic dreams in Oman. What This Scholarship Covers

Full Tuition Waiver
Selected students will enjoy complete coverage of tuition fees for a bachelor’s degree program in Oman.
Monthly Stipend
Recipients will receive a monthly stipend of OMR 200 if housing is not included, or OMR 140 if housing is provided—ensuring comfortable living and focus on academics.
Annual Air Travel
The scholarship also includes one round-trip air ticket per year, allowing students to visit home or attend academic events abroad.
