What is the Professional Fellows Program (PFP)?

The Professional Fellows Program is an initiative funded by the U.S. Department of State and administered by World Learning. It brings together emerging leaders from Pakistan, India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka for a 5–6 week professional exchange in the USA.

Through tailored fellowship placements, participants work alongside U.S. counterparts in government agencies, NGOs, think tanks, and civic organizations to learn best practices and share experiences.
