Who Can Apply?
To be eligible, candidates must:
- Be 30 years old or younger on November 24, 2025.
- Citizenship is required in a country with a gross national income per capita below $20,000.
- Applicants must submit three published or broadcast works in any format (print, audio, video, or multimedia).
- Provide a 200-word summary for each piece, outlining its background and impact.
- Please provide verbatim English translations if the work is not in English.
- Submit a verification letter from an editor, employer, or faculty member to certify the validity of the work.
- Describe any collaborative work involved.
