This scholarship cannot be held together with any other scholarship, fellowship, grant, or loan without prior approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

If the recipient is found holding another scholarship, fellowship, grant, or loan without prior written consent, this scholarship may be terminated immediately.

Scholarship recipients are required to follow all scholarship's rules and regulations, follow the rules of their University/Polytechnic, abide by all the laws of Brunei Darussalam, refrain from engaging in political activities and respect Brunei Darussalam's customs, culture, and religion.
